The species we work with is known as "Atlantic Salmon" (SALMO SALAR) and it is grown in the fiords of the Chilean Patagonia, ideal  for salmon farming because of the cold, clean and unpolluted waters found in the south of the country

We select, cook and sterilize skinless and boneless pieces to add only salt and spring water (and any extra ingredient depending on the flavor), getting a tasty and healthy  product, rich in protein and in Omega 3; It is important to emphasize that our canned salmon does not have any added preservative.

Is canned hermetically in tin can. These materials are heat resistant in order to have an effective sterilization. For our 2,8 oz can we have the option to use a can but sealed with an easy peel foil.

Unopened cans has a recommended shelf life of up to 4 years. You can find the best before date printed on each can.

As the product has reached the requested commercial sterilization, it can be stored for the totality of its shelf life in normal storage conditions.

La fabrica posee un autoclave que estaria a disposoiicion exclusiva de nuestra empresa durante los dos dias de produccion  en los cuales progrmamamos producior 1 container de 40 pies de 93 mil latas
